Is a singer who began performing in 1979 in Buenos Aires. For 11 years he was featured in Grandes Valores del Tango and toured as a soloist in a variety of shows in both the United States and Europe. He has acted in television and cinema, including La Juegete Rabida by Roberto Arlt. In 1998, as a member of the company "The Creators" with maestros Julian Plaza and Ariel Ramirez, he performed in Madrid and Toledo. In 1999, he made his first recording entitled Ricardo Marín - The Young Voice of Tango. In the year 2000, he began a series of Cultural Activities with A.T.A.M. with more than 125 performances throughout Buenos Aires. In the year 2001, he was part of the production "Tango x 2" with Michael Angel Zotto, running more than 6 months in the principal theatres of Avenida Corrientes. He later toured with this production to Europe and Asia, playing cities like London, Manchester, Milan, Rome, Bologna, Florence, Verona, Naples, Barcelona, Athens, Austria, Innsbruck, Graz, Menton, Evian, Hong Kong; as well as Miami in the United States. He was also the singer in A Night of Tango with Miguel Angel Zotto. In 2002, he reprised the series of Cultural Activities for A.T.A.M. with 20 performances in theatres in Buenos Aires and its province. He was a part of the cast of La Cumparsita in San Telmo,a neighborhood of Buenos Aires. In the year 2004, he reappeared for 3 months in the company Tango x 2 in its production of Tangos of the Southern Cross in the Metropolitan Theater on Avenida Corrientes, later touring 3 months in Europe visiting Rome, Milan and London. Upon his return, he performed in La Cumparsita and La Casona de Aníbal Troilo. In June and July, he performed again with the company Tango x 2 at the Napolitano Tango Festival in Naples, Ercolano and Pomigliano. Tango x 2 recently toured Greece, where he sang in several amphitheatres in this country. As of February 2006 he appeared in Bacanazo in the Air at the Empire Theatre with thirty presentations. From July 2005 to the present, he has been the lead at the Complex Piazzolla in the Gallery Güemes located in Calle Florida in the heart of Buenos Aires; and where in June 2006, his latest CD Ricardo Marín, 25 years with the tango was produced.
