Is a singer of tangos with a career that has spanned 36 years. He made his debut on December 26, 1969 in If You Know It, Sing It, by Roberto Galán (Channel 11). From eleven years of age, he was performing in a variety of programs for television, performing with many greats like Aníbal Troilo, Juan D'Arienzo, Edmundo Rivero, Roberto Rufino, Roberto Goyeneche. He additionally was a singer in maestro Héctor Varela’s orchestra, along with Jorge Falcón and Fernando Soler. At the age of 20, he recorded his first record, acted in the film La Carpa de Amor (The Tent of Love) with actors Ricardo Darín and Cacho Castaña; traveled extensively throughout the country as well as performing in Chile at the Casino Theater in Santiago, together with maestro Héctor Varela. He has appeared in some of television’s more successful shows: Grandes Valores del Tango, with Silvio Soldán; Tango y Goles, with Juan C. Mareco, Ronda de Tango with Héctor Larrea, Sábados de la Bondad with Leonardo Simons and Feliz Domingo. He has acted on major stages in Buenos Aires: Caño 14, Tango Mío, Michelángelo, La Ventana, Casa Blanca, Taconeando, La Casa de Aníbal Troilo and La Esquina de Osvaldo Pugliese From 1996 until 2001, he performed at El Viejo Almacen, with performers like Virginia Luque, Julián Plaza, Leopoldo Federico, Osvaldo Berlingieri, Hugo Marcel, Enrique Dumas, Guillermo Galvé and Nélida & Nelson where he recorded the record Tangos in El Viejo Alamcen. He traveled to Brazil on various occasions going to San Paulo and Porto Alegre. He was chosen by the prestigious musician Bebu Silvetti (arranger of Luis Miguel’s album ROMANCE) and is now under contract to Forever Music in Miami (U.S.A.). In his record, Timeless Tango he celebrates the successes of the Héctor Varela Orchestra along with one of his tangos Y Dame Más Amor. Lately, he has been part of a musical show with Ballet Salta and Los Tucu Tucu in the Theater Astral on Avenida Corrientes. He was selected by film director Daniel Burman to record a tango in Hebrew for the film Waiting for the Messiah (2000). He toured Florida in November 2001 presenting his show in the universities of West Palm Beach, Hollywood and Miami. Maestro Julian Plaza called upon him to sing together with the National Orchestra of Tango in Juan de Dios Filiberto in the National Theater Cervantes and with the Tango Orchestra of Buenos Aires in the Theater President Alvear (2002). In May and June 2003, maestro Osvaldo Berlinghieri took him on tour to Japan. He is a musician, writer, composer, arranger and performer of the guitar, which he incorporates in his shows as accompaniment to his repertoire of tangos, waltzes, milongas and candombes. Presently he is preparing a new record with his own compositions like Vamos Tango, Y Dame Más Amor, Solo Vos y Yo. Vos Muer, Ahora Nosotros, Una Ciudad y Un Querer, Retrato del Paya Díaz, Yo Soy El Candombe among others. You can see him regularly on television in Por Siempre Tango, presented by Silvio Soldán for channel 26 and the Casino Show, hosted by Fernando Mancini for Solo Tango. He continually tours Argentina, reliving highlights of performances with the Great Orchestras. Since February 2006, he has been featured in the show Bacanazo in the Air in the Empire Theater.
